Chelsea coach, Maurizio Sarri, is the latest to react to Jose Mourinho’s sack from Manchester United after poor run of form culminated in the 3-1 drubbing in the hands of Liverpool last weekend. The former Napoli coach said he hopes to see him on the bench somewhere soon, maybe in England, but not at Chelsea.
The Italian gaffer made this disclosure while fielding questions from journalists ahead of their next premier league home fixture with Leicester, tomorrow.
The duo had slugged it out in the domestic league fixture recently with Sarri needing a last grasp goal from Ross Barkley to ensure a share of the spoils at Stamford Bridge.
What he said:
Maurizio Sarri, speaking to the media, agrees the Premier League will miss Jose Mourinho. He adds that he likes him very much as a coach and man and he hopes to see him on the bench somewhere soon, maybe in England, but not at Chelsea, he laughs. #CHELEI
