Plateau Considers Ranching Option

The Plateau State Government has indicated its readiness to dialogue with its people on the proposed introduction of the ranch policy in the state.

A set of youths under the aegis of Plateau Peace Vanguard took to the streets to express their support for the ranching policy in the state and were accepted by the Director General of Plateau State Peace Building Agency, Joseph Lengmang, who assured them that their message would be delivered to the government.

Director General of Research, Strategic Planning and Documentation, Professor John Wade who also addressed some group of youths in solidarity with the ranching policy in the state, explained that the policy will benefit the state and the people, considering the economic benefit particularly as government looks inward for self-sufficiency.
