PHOTO: Farmer Kills 15-Foot-Long Snake In Ado-Ekiti

A 23-year old farmer in Ado-Ekiti, Bayo Ibrahim, killed an amazing 15-foot snake close to the Ado-Afao-Ekiti road.

Capture

As it was gathered, the snake had been killing domestic animals, including dogs, sheep, goats and chickens.

The size of the snake attracted spectators from as far as Odo-Ado, Oke-Ila, Basiri, Nova Road and GRA in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital, to the sparsely-populated Afao road, turning it into a Mecca of sorts.

The witnesses said they had never seen anything of that kind before. They called the creature “the wonder of the year in Ekiti.”

The young farmer Ibrahim, is a cattle rearer. He saw 3 snakes in a bush and killed then with his cutlass. Then he sold all the snakes, N10,000 each.

He added that such snakes killed pets but didn’t touch people. According to him, they roll round their prey and suffocate it, until it dies.

“If you want to kill them, aim for the head and do not miss it, because if you do, it can be fatal.”

Many spectators were really shocked to see such a long and thick snake. Ajayi Adekunle said:

“You can see how big it is. Even a car cannot kill it. I urge people living in this area to be careful, as more of this snake may still be around here.”

  2. ,HE HAS TO PAY
Probably bcos he is an orphan& was poor; he was a thief&a murderer however no more. His story changed when d last person he murdered begged him wt tears while dying to make him d last.
Unbelievably, these words broke thru his stony heart &he became remorseful to shedding hot repentant tears. He decided to make amends&then relocated to a village as [olowotinfowosanu] helpn them with his money.
After some time, all d while being traced, policemen came that sad morning to arrest him. D testimony (by d villagers) of d good he has done couldn’t help, not their plea wt tears. “free him” they kept demandn,”he has to pay” d police kept replying as they drag him into d car.
Som1 asked “what else can we do or can he be replaced?”, “Yes & unless”, police replied.

That’s it, unless sin is PAID 4 or PARDONED d GUILT of sin REMAINS. Sin cannot be covered by just startn good works. Likewise, every man has one time sinned to God or haven’t u? & HAVE SINNED (from Eden).
JESUS paid 4 our sins thru love&obedience to God by dying on d cross as our SUBSTITUTE.
ACCEPT JESUS, AS UR SAVIOUR TODAY don’t 4get guilt REMAINS otherwise. John 3:16,

  4. Killing that kind of snake is unfair, animals too has right to life.the best thing you guyz should have done is to inform the neccessary agent incharge of wide animals like this.what they will only do is just to capture the animal and transfer it to one of our zoo around.that snake alone is a source of income for the zoo.
