Governor Idris Wada stated this Wednesday when he received a N50million cash donation and trucks load of rice from a businessman and a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party in the state, Chief Jide Omokore.

Earlier, Chief Jide Omokore said the donation was to aid in the rehabilitation of displaced people, commending what he described as the prompt response of the government to the plight of those displaced.
