The Lagos State Government on Tuesday has asked all the passengers on flight British Airways flight BA 75 that arrived in Lagos on 13th March, 2020, to stay at home.
This was made known on Twitter by Prof, Akin Abayomi, Lagos State Health Commissioner, following the report of the third confirmed case of COVID19 in Nigeria,
According to the government, those passengers should isolate themselves for 14 days.
The new case is a Nigerian National who recently returned from the UK, self-isolated and contacted the National Agency For Disease Control (NCDC) when she developed symptoms.
She is said to be clinically stable and being treated at the Infectious Disease Hospital, Lagos.
