Following the reports that the National Assembly has approved President Muhammadu Buhari‘s plan to borrow $22.7bn Loan, TheCable has published a report on how he intends to disburse the cash on arrival.
According to the report, the Lagos-Kano rail project would take the larger share of the money with $5.53bn earn marked for it.
