The former lawmaker representing Kogi West senatorial district in the upper chambers of the National Assembly, Dino Melaye has revealed ‘the two very essences of leadership.

Speaking via his official Instagram page on Saturday, 1st February, he highlighted them thus;
- A good leader must have a vision.
- Also, a leader must have a picture of the future he/she wants to feature in.
He wrote:
