Hope Rises As NFVCB Lifts Ban On ‘Sugar Rush’

The National Film and Video Censors Board (NFVCB) has taken to its official Twitter handle to announce they have returned “Sugar Rush” movie to the cinemas.

Recall that the movie was placed on a cinema ban earlier in the month.

NFVCB had last week announced that the movie had been yanked off cinemas on grounds that the temporary approval for the movie had elapsed and that for it to continue showing in cinemas, it must receive its final approval.

The NFVCB boss, Thomas Adedayo, took the blame for failing to grant the final approval for the movie due to his busy schedule.

BBNaija season 5 ex-housemate, Tochukwu Okechukwu Tochi, has delivered a message to those saying that celebrities should not repeat the outfits that they own.

The 28- year-old reality TV star shared a video via Twitter where he slammed those harboring the mentality that celebrities are not supposed to re-wear something from their closet.

Tochi said;

“So they talk say celebrities no de repeat clothes say you go de buy new clothes every time. God punish you. You de hear me, God go punish you. You de give me clothes abi you de buy clothes for me. Talk am again, make I hear.”

Nigerian rappers, M.I Abaga and Vic O, have challenged each other to a rap battle on Twitter. This comes after netizens pitched both hip hop artists against each other in a bid to determine the superior rapper.

Vic O had initiated the challenge by tweeting:

“Hahaha… @MI_Abaga won’t even accept coz he’s afraid me.. Holding the mic in front of him… Coz the #musicmessiah”
