Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River has signed the budget of “Olimpotic Meristemasis” into law in the state.

Ayade, while speaking during the signing of the N1.1 trillion 2020 budget which comprises 82 percent capital expenditure and 18 percent recurrent, said it would help actualise the key projects of his administration.

While presenting it to the state house of assembly in 2019, the governor had described the budget as one anchored on the “belief in the spiritual force, which is the third energy.”

Ayade has had a unique way of naming the budget in the state since he assumed office in 2015.

In 2016, the budget was called “Budget of Deep Vision”, he called “Budget of Infinite Transposition” in 2017 and “Budget of Kinetic Crystallization” in 2018.

In 2019, he calls it, “Budget of Quabalistic Densification.”
