Abdulmumin Jibrin, an honourable member of the Federal House of Representatives, took to his twitter page to react to the allocation of portfolio to newly sworn-in ministers.
On Wednesday afternoon, President Muhammadu Buhari swore in 43 ministers for his second tenure in office.
The allocation of offices for the ministers has generated mixed reactions from Nigerians. Some appointments have been celebrated, while others have been condemned.
Honourable Abdulmumin Jibrin joining other Nigerians declared that the portfolio allocation looks okay as he celebrated the merger of the former ministry of national budget and planning under the ministry of finance, headed by Zainab Ahmed.
See his tweet below:
The portfolio allocation looks okay. Everyone should see it as simply an opportunity to serve. It gladdened my heart to see Finance, budget and national planning finally coming together and under a COMPETENT Minister @ZShamsuna This cabinet will perform! Thank you @MBuhari
