Singer and businesswoman Rihanna has been slammed with a lawsuit.
According to reports, the singer’s Fenty Beauty brand has been sued by a woman who is legally blind and visually-impaired.
According to the woman, Fenty’s website has not been adapted to her needs.
The woman, whose name was given as Beatriz Gutierrez, requested for an injunction against Fenty Beauty to have it modified immediately so as to tend to the needs of people who are visually-impaired, The Blast reports.
Gutierrez in her court documents stated that the website has significant ‘access barriers’ and does not have standard screen-reading technology that would aid her in shopping from there.
She is requesting $15,000 in damages from the beauty brand..
