No wonder APC made "skeletal" Oshiohmole chairman and didn't give Ambode ticket because he is fat - Omokri comes for Buhari

President Muhammadu Buhari just hours after returning to Abuja, from a 10-day private trip to the United Kingdom, has earned the criticisms of many Nigerians over his response to a question on security.

The president’s response after he was asked about the strategies the country has adopted in its fight against insecurity especially kidnapping has not gone down well with many.

Buhati while responding to the journalist said though he hasn’t seen the Inspector General of Police, Adamu Mohammed, he thinks the IGP is doing a great job because he is losing weight.

This statement has sparked reactions among many Nigerians including a former presidential aide, Reno Omokri.

Omokri who is also the official “tormenter” of the president asked why kind of boss, judges a person’s performance by his/weight. He also assumed that, it could be the reason former Edo State Governor Adams Oshiomhole was made APC national chairman and why Governor Akinwumi Ambode of Lagos wasn’t allowed to go for a second term.

Omokri wrote:

We are in the month of Ramadan. Is President @MBuhari expecting the @PoliceNG IG, a practicing Muslim, to gain weight during Ramadan? God forbid, but what if he is sick and that is why he is losing weight? What kind of boss determines your performance by your weight?

Chief of Army Staff, Buratai, must not be working since he is not losing weight. I now see why @MBuhari supported the skeletal Oshiomhole as @OfficialAPCNg Chairman. No wonder APC did not give its ticket to @AkinwunmiAmbode. His fatness showed that he is not working.

Why must @MBuhari love celebrating POVERTY! Millions of Nigerians are losing weight because Nigeria is the world headquarters for extreme poverty and not because they are working Mr. President. Poverty is the fastest growing business in Nigeria.
