Segun Awosanya popularly known as Segalink has raised the alarm of the “daylight robbery” perpetuated by officers of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad(SARS) along the Benin/Ore expressway.

The #EndSars convener in a tweet on Friday revealed how these SARS men would force passengers to drops their phones, so they can get through their bank details and force a withdrawal or transfer.

He wrote: I can’t believe @PoliceNG SARS are actually robbing along Benin-Ore Road. Forcing citizens to submit their phones for checks just so they go through their account details & force a withdrawal/transfer. Is this the New Nigeria?!

    Even agbarha otor ughelli Delta state police men and sars they robbed by forcing citizens to transfer money and collecting their phones for recovery if they don’t have money to transfer or withdrew at that moment..

    Oh so true sir they collected about 42 thousand Naira from me which they threaten me to send just because i feel they are in power now and they can spoil my day i had to transfer to them and the most painful part is that they are 2 different road block which is very closer to each other some squad from State CID and some from Zone 5 head quarter Mr IG sir this is getting out of hand we all are the Nigerians that still complain the country is bad if they ask me i will say let’s start from the security agency they are the most important problem we are having in this country because if they do their job well and catch those old fools out there who steal our money on daily basic and let’s remember your own children will grow up some day and might travel to some other place where is father who is a though police man won’t be

Atiku Reacts To Killing Of 43 Borno Farmers By Boko Haram


Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar has urged President Muhammadu Buhari to rejig the security architecture of Nigeria following the continuous attacks of Boko Haram in the nation.

This is coming following the beheading of 43 farmers in Zabarmari, less than 20 km from Maiduguri, the Borno State capital by suspected Boko Haram members.

Reacting in a post on his Twitter page, Atiku expressed sadness over the tragic incident, describing it as heartbreaking.

The former presidential candidate condoled with families of the slain farmers in Borno State.

He wrote:
