The same Buhari who preaches live within your means, pays over N100m bribe through Keyamo – Omokri

Reno Omokri, ex aide to former president Goodluck Jonathan has criticised President Muhammadu Buhari for spending a whooping N100,000,000 as bribe.

This was in his continued reaction to recent allegations that Festus Keyamo, the president’s campaign spokesperson had paid at least a 9-figure sum for a song by veteran singer and political activist, Charles Oputa, aka Charly Boy.

In recent interview, the musician had accepted taking money from Keyamo, but says the money was payment for his song and not a bribe.

He accused Buhari of asking Nigerians to leave within their means, plunged the nation into extreme poverty, yet splashes over N100m as bribe.

He wrote: President Muhammadu Buhari asks us to live within our means. He glorifies poverty. Yet, this same government that made Nigeria the world headquarters for extreme poverty has enough money to bribe Charly Boy with a whopping 9 figures (at least ₦100 million) through Festus Keyamo.
