The election petition tribunal for the February 23rd Presidential election has granted the Presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressive Candidate(APC), Muhammadu Buhari, access to inspect the materials used for the elections.
This was made possible after Buhari and his party (APC) applied for a motion seeking request to inspect the materials.
It has however been revealed that APC and Buhari made the move in order to prepare its defence team against the expected petitions filed by the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) presidential candidate in the February 23rd poll, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
