Brighton, fresh from defeating Manchester united are hoping to repeat the same feat when they visit Anfield on saturday. Their last visit to this stadium ended in a romp for them as they were defeated by four goals to nil in the last game of last season.
Liverpool meanwhile, are enjoying their best start under Jurgen Klopp. They have never won their first two opening matches of the season prior to this season under Klopp. And they see themselves as serious contender for the league title.
Brighton coach ,Chris Hughton, meanwhile is optimistic of an upset again just as they did against Manchester united. He said:
“I hope that result [Brighton’s win over Manchester United] has done a lot for our confidence and mentality because an away game at Liverpool, they almost don’t come any tougher than that. We will need to show a lot of the qualities we showed last week. I expect it to be faster and more intense than United.”
