Gattuso: Cutrone’s Goal Should Have Been Disallowed

Gennaro Gattuso was honest in his remarks of Patrick Cutrone’s goal and believes it should have been disallowed.

Cutrone opened the scoring for Milan in the 2-1 win over Lazio, with a glancing effort.

The goal came in from Calhanoglu’s cross and Inzaghi, Lazio boss believes it was handball and Gattuso agrees.

“I’ll be honest, I thought it was a header at first glance. Seeing it again from that angle, it was a goal that should’ve been disallowed,” Milan head coach Gattuso told Mediaset Premium.

“Having said that, it’s reductive to talk only about one incident. There were many chances and we rode our luck at times.”
