The 12th day in October 2017, will forever be a day to remember for the inmates of the Kirikiri Medium Security Prison in Lagos Nigeria.
The Prisoners defied both the rain and their states to party with Lamboginny and friends at the Saving All Lives Together (S.A.L.T) album concert by Lamboginny.
The very special and unusual concert was hosted by Cool FM’s OAP “Dod2tun” and has the legendary DJ Jimmy Jatt on the disc machine for what went on to became a very worthy and entertaining noon as Lamboginny does not only unveil his SALT album but also saved lives and relishes hope to the above 3, 700 inmates.
Also in attendance to support Lamboginny was rave of the moment, Small Doctor, Mz Kiss, Baba Dee, Denrele, Lolo 1, Osam & OTB of Naija FM, Muna, VJ Adams, OzzyBosco, Papii J, Phizbarz, MTN project fame winner “Geoffery” and Benie Macaulay amongst others.
Both international and local media including CNN (Inside Africa), BBC Africa, Channels TV, Soundcity Africa, AIT, Wazobia TV, and STV to mention but a few was also on hand to document the historic concert.
