A woman has shocked the world with her weird obsessions as she cut off her own finger just to make it into a necklace.
Torz Reynolds, a 29-year-old body piercing fan cut off part of her finger with bolt cutters to make a necklace with it.
According to DailyStar UK, Torz Reynolds is obsessed with extreme “body modifications”.
She said: “A friend of mine cut half of his finger off in an accident and when I saw it I fell in love with the idea.
“It’s been about 10 years since then and periodically I taped my finger down to see how I would get on without it. This year, I was like ‘f*** it, let’s do it’.”
Torz, from London, carried out the procedure herself in her own studio and is thrilled with the results.
She added: “I like a bit of gore so it tapped into that. I numbed it and made sure that everything was sterilised.
“I had so much adrenalin afterwards that I think that got me through the pain.
“Now I’ve done it, I love it. I adore how it looks. It looks so cute. A lot of people ask to touch it.
“The only time I notice is when I’m painting my nails or filing them. It hasn’t affected my life in any other way.
“It’s in my freezer. I do want to keep it – it’s mine after all. And I like strange things.
“I think I might turn it into a necklace just to s*** people up.”
Torz had her first piercing when she was just eight and now has more than 40.
Half her body is covered in tattoos and she has also split her tongue and had her ear lobes chopped off.
She said: “Another thing I really like doing is skin removal. I’ve had tattoos removed. Two of them were names of ex boyfriends, so when they were cut off I sent them to them both in the post.”
She added: “Some stuff can be painful. But I do it all because I think it looks nice. It’s as simple as that.
“I don’t regret any of it for a second.”
