Michel Dussuyer Resigns As Ivory Coast Coach

The coach of the Ivory Coast national team, Michel Dussuyer has resigned from his position following the country’s dismal outing at the 2017 African Cup Of Nations (AFCON).

Ivory Coast who entered the competition as defending champions and were drawn in Group C were knocked out of the group stages having failed to win a single game. Dussuyer was only in charge for 18 months and the Ivorien Football Federation said  “the appropriate measures will be put in place to find his successor”.
