Leicester To Sign Nigerian Midfielder Wilfred Ndidi

Struggling English Premier League defending champions, Leicester City are set to set Nigerian midfielder Wilfred Ndidi from Genk for £15m.

Both clubs have agreed terms for the 20-year-old player and his move will only be subject to him getting a work permit. The Foxes have agreed personal terms with the player who has also had his medical as the club said in a statement, “Ndidi is expected to complete the formalities of his move to Leicester City later this week.”

He will be Leicester City’s second Nigerian signing this season, having earlier signed forward Ahmed Musa from CSKA for a £20m fee. Ahmed Musa has had very little impact on the team since joining and has struggled to hold down a first team place.
