Kidnappers Demand N1.2bn Ransom For Kidnapped Turkish Int’l School Students

The abductors of eight people from the Nigerian Turkish International School have demanded a ransom of N1.2 billion from the families of the kidnapped persons. Among the kidnapped persons are two Junior Secondary School (JSS) students, one Senior Secondary School (SSS) students, two Turkish nationals and three Nigerian workers.

The abductors reportedly gained access to the school grounds by digging a hole at the back fence before taking the kidnapped persons away in a white Hilux vehicle.

An unnamed parent of one of the abducted persons disclosed that the abductors had demanded  N300 million ransom for each of the Turkish nationals and N100 million on each of the six other victims.

The Nigerian Police Command in Ogun state have assured that all the eight persons will be rescued shortly.
