A group of penguins in Japan put up a spectacle as they marched in a parade wearing Santa Claus costumes.
A German man living in the Asian country, Tristan Junker, captured the moment and posted a video to his Amazing Japan page on Facebook showing the six penguins clad in Santa capes and jingle bells.
One of the flightless birds manages to escape the handler’s notice momentarily and appears to make a brief break for freedom before being directed back to his colleagues.
“Isn’t this one of the cutest things you have ever seen!?” Junker wrote. “When visiting the Vogelpark in Matsue one does not only discover various exotic birds but can also feed and take pictures with them. We were especially excited about the penguin show!”
