The results of Gambia’s presidential elections held on Friday have been announced.
The country which blocked internet and telephone calls during the election has witnessed the defeat of incumbent President, Yahya Jammeh.
Results from the voubteys electoral commission indicated a win for oppition leader, Adama Barrow.
