US Presidential hopeful Donald Trump on Saturday began one of the last rallies of his campaign by complaining about the foul language used by rapper Jay Z at an hip-hop rally for Hillary Clinton.
Trump told supporters in Tampa, Florida, ”He used language last night that was so bad, and then Hillary said, ‘I did not like Donald Trump’s lewd language”.
”My lewd language. I’ll tell you what, I’ve never said what he said in my life.”
On Friday, Clinton hosted a star-studded rally in the city of Cleveland to boost her support in the final days leading up to the election.
The event featured celebrity stars Jay-Z, his wife Beyonce and Chance the Rapper.
Trump was also happy to point out that his opponent needed rock stars to get just 10,000 people to show up to her event.
He claimed that his Friday rally at the same time attracted a far bigger crowd than Clinton’s celebrity-packed event.
“We don’t need Jay-Z to fill up arenas,” the Republican nominee said. “We do it the old fashioned way.”
