The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has beamed its searchlight on some of its operatives believed to be conniving with suspected drug syndicates.
Chairman and Chief Executive of the NDLEA, Col. Muhammad Mustapha Abdallah (retd.), disclosed this weekend, in his address to officers of the agency at the national headquarters in Ikoyi, Lagos State.
Mr. Abdallah warned that the NDLEA has begun an in-house cleaning, stressing that any officer who engages in acts of compromise and fraternity with drug barons, shall be made to face the full weight of the law.
