The Chaplain of Aso Rock Villa, Pastor Seyi Malomo, has said enemies of the country are unhappy with the patriotic leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari.
The chaplain stated this yesterday during the Advanced Ministers’ Seminar at Garden of Victory, the Sword of the Spirit Ministries, Ibadan.
Pastor Malomo, who said the country was lucky to have a committed president in the person of Mr. Buhari, said: “God has given us people to lead us well and it is our duty to pray to guide them well. We should, therefore, pray against sorcery”.
He said the evil men toying with the destiny of the nation realised that the days of business as usual had passed, hence, their displeasure with the president.
“Indeed, the forces against Nigeria are unhappy with President Muhammadu Buhari and his team. Our former leaders had not done well for us and that is why we are where we are today.
“We send our children to America and other developed nations because things are running well there. I have a strong conviction that this nation is going to rise and things will work for us again”, the cleric said.
According to him, impunity has pervaded the land and “people don’t have respect for law. If we don’t kill that spirit, it may be difficult for us to move ahead”.
“There is going to be a university at the Garden of Victory, Sword of the Spirit Ministries soon as part of efforts to bridge the gap in our educational system so that our children will stop looking for admission abroad”, he added.
The presiding Bishop of Sword of the Spirit Ministries, Dr. Francis Wale Oke, said without God, Nigerians could not do it alone.
Bishop Oke said Nigeria’s situation called for prayers.
