A driver in Eket, Akwa Ibom has landed himself in trouble after he was spotted by FRSC officials earlier today -carrying a container which was not properly latched to the vehicle. He was apprehended immediately and taken to the FRSC command… his vehicle was also seized by the operatives. More photos below..
