Abuja-Bound Medview Plane Makes Emergency Return To Lagos Over ‘Pressurization Problem’

Medview-StowawayTragedy was averted today Thursday, November 5, 2015 when an Abuja-bound Medview Airlines Boeing aircraft with several passengers on board, developed technical problems mid-air and had to make an emergency return to the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Ikeja, Lagos.

The technical hitch, which was traced to a pressurization problem, affected the aircraft’s cooling system.

Confirming the incident, the Managing Director of Medview, Alhaji Muneer Bankole, hailed the professionalism of the crew members, who chose to make an air-return to Lagos than continue with the flight.

He added that the airline provided another aircraft for the passengers to return to Abuja after they disembarked from the airplane that made air return.
