The National Career Fair, an initiative of Imperial Integrated Project proudly announces her 2015 annual symposium on career information, business development, employment and economic opportunities for students, young professionals and SME’s in Nigeria. This year’s edition which is the 4th edition in a role, is tagged her “Developing an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Driven Economy”. The event will be held in several major cities and states across the country, the first event will hold on Wednesday 30th of September, 2015 at The Main Auditorium, University of Lagos, Akoka – Yaba, Lagos from 9am – 4pm.
Nigeria today exists as an elite nation in Africa with the largest market and influx of foreign investors, yet its youths who are poised to preserve our national image are starved with opportunities to use their skill and natural aptitude to ensure this. It is with regards to this rationale that Imperial Integrated has designed the National Career Fair to respond to the growing unemployment rate in Nigeria and the need for a self-sustainable society. With a mission is to be the foremost youths and social development advocacy organization in Africa. The National Career Fair will offer invaluable opportunity to youth with diverse areas of interest by educating, enlightening, empowering and instilling moral values in the participants, promote entrepreneurship, civil liberty, render leadership training and proffer practical/realistic solutions to national and global challenges facing young Nigerians.
Previous editions of the career fair has successfully impacted in the lives of over 12,000 young Nigerians, 3,762 participants trained on how to develop a winning CV, 284 internships secured for participants, 150 participants getting employed following the event, and 17 businesses were started by participants following the event.

In 2015, the National Career Fair bigger and better by providing more opportunities for the participants and sponsors/partners. We have meticulously and intuitively identified five distinct areas where youths can make maximum impact in their career. They include Governance and Leadership, Creative economy and Entrepreneurship, Tech-economy and E-commerce. With over 20 great business men as speakers and several strategic partnerships, this year’s event is set to give professional and pragmatic perspective to job creation and serve as sources of inspiration to participants.
