Manchester City Right-back, Micah Richards has signed a four-year deal with Aston Villa.
The defender, will join Tim Sherwood’s side on a free transfer on 1 July when his current contract with Manchester City expires.
Richards spent last season on loan at Italian side Fiorentina, making ten appearances in the Serie A.
The 26-year-old, who played for Leeds United 18 years ago before moving on to Oldham Athletic, has spent most of his career at the Etihad Stadium, making a total of 179 Prenier League appearances since making his debut in October 2005.
He has been capped 13 times at full international level and was one of the over-aged players named in Great Britain squad at the 2012 Summer Olympic.
