If the presidential election was conducted on twitter, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Muhammadu Buhari would have cruised home in victory as he has won in almost every polling units result posted on twitter. A hashtag used by several of his supporters #iVotedGMB has also been trending since. But there is more to winning elections than trending on twitter.
Same goes for the presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Goodluck Jonathan, who is said to be winning on Facebook.
With several supporters of Buhari already declaring victory for the former head of state based on twitter results, a contrary release from INEC may be met with outcry of possible rigging. To forestall this, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has warned against all forms of premature election results.

Voting continues today at polling units where accreditation had not commenced as at 1 p.m. yesterday.
There is nothing wrong in posting results from polling units. This is to forestall rigging thru faking or announcing false results.
i am very happy with this day becouse the announcement of election is going well will than almighty God
