Landlord Shoots Tenant In His Behind For Refusing To Roll Him A Cigarette

A landlord has beenĀ arrested on charges of assault after he allegedly shot his tenant because he refused to roll him a cigarette, police in Pennsylvania said. Worldwideweirdnews reports:

Scranton Police said that they have arrested Robert Klemish on Monday night, after being accused of shooting Michael Karasevich inside a house on West Parker Street.

According to the police investigation, Klemish wanted one of his tenants to roll him a cigarette, and when nobody offered to do it, he threatened to shoot them.

Klemish was charged with aggravated assault and discharging a firearm. Police said that the victim was shot in the behind and taken to a nearby hospital with injuries that are not life threatening.Ā The other tenants living in the house, including a 17-year-old boy, hid in a room when Klemish opened fire. Klemish told police he fired the gun by accident.
