Anderson Joins Internacional on Return to Brazil

Anderson has returned to his native Brazil to join Internacional on a free transfer. The midfielder has signed a four-year deal at the Estadio Beira-Rio outfit.

The 26-year-old joined the Red Devils from Portuguese giants FC Porto in 2007 and won the Uefa Champions League in his first season, the Fifa Club World Cup and four Premier League titles during his seven years stay at Old Trafford.

Following a loan move to Fiorentina in the latter stage of last season, Anderson managed only one Premier League appearance this season as a substitute at Burnley in August, few days after starting the Capital One Cup defeat at Milton Keynes Dons. His last United appearance was with the U-21 side in a 2-1 win over Liverpool last Monday.
