    Watermelon seed tea is also great for the kidneys. You can buy organic seeded watermelon, dry the seeds then grind in a coffee grinder. Should you decide to buy instead, just know that some places charge $40+/- for a pound of powdered seed tea.

    Our skin is also referred to as our 3rd kidney. When our kidneys are sluggish, our skin tries to compensate with breakouts and rashes.
