Mu’azu Urges Prayers For Families Of Chibok Girls, Violence-Free 2015 Polls

ADAMU MUAZUThe National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Adamu Mu’azu, has urged Nigerians to pray for peaceful 2015 elections in the country.

Mu’azu said they should also pray for an enhanced national security and the continued development of the country.

The PDP national chairman stated this in a New Year message to Nigerians on Monday.

Mr. Mu’azu said the steady progress Nigeria had made in recent years had been outstanding and that Nigerians “must thank God for making the country the biggest economy in Africa while not forgetting increased agricultural production and the investment opportunities it continued to attract as well as the massive infrastructural development at the local, state and national levels.

“I also urge Nigerians to pray for the families of our missing school girls and the victims of the various bomb blasts in Nigeria, just as we thank God for the mercies granted us by freeing us from the scourges of Ebola and the positive transformation of our country in various fields, he said.

“I wish all Nigerians a Happy and Prosperous New Year and my prayer is that God will grant us the wisdom to choose love instead of hatred, peace instead of war and progress instead of stagnation. God bless Nigeria”.
