A Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed the two counts terrorism charges against Aminu Ogwuche, the suspected mastermind of the bombing of the Nyanya Motor Park in Abuja.
Ogwuche was repatriated from Sudan, where he fled to after the bombing of the park, in which no fewer than 75 persons died.
