West Bromwich Albion have signed Costa Rica and Australia international defenders Cristian Gamboa and Jason Davidson for undisclosed fees.
Left-back Davidson, 23, has inked a two-year deal at the Hawthorns from Dutch side Heracles Almelo.
Gamboa’s work permit has been approved following its initial delay, having not met the required 75% of international appearances over the past two years.
The Costa Rican, who impressed at the 2014 Fifa World Cup, has penned a three-year contract from Rosenborg.
“I’m delighted we’ve been able to complete a deal for Jason. He is a good defender who has lots of energy and gets forward well,” said West Brom boss Alan Irvine.
“Cristian is a player I was extremely impressed by during the World Cup. He gets up and down the pitch really well and we believe he will continue to improve.”
The ‘Baggies’ have now signed eight players in the close season, including: Chris Baird, Joleon Lescott, Sabastien Pocognoli, Craig Gardner, Brown Ideye and Andre Wisdom (loan).
