Newly-promoted Queens Park Rangers (QPR) have signed midfielder Jordon Mutch from Cardiff City for an undisclosed fee.
The Wales international has signed a four-year deal understood to be in the region of £6m.
The Cardiff fans favourite becomes the second player to join QPR this summer following the £8m transfer of Steven Caulker.
“I’m really delighted to be here,” said Mutch. “QPR are heading in the right direction and I’ really excited about the season ahead.”
The 22-year-old scored seven goals and produced five assists for the Bluebirds as they were relegated from the Premier League last season.
QPR boss Harry Redknapp said: “Jordon’s a fine young player, with a big big future. He’s already shown what he can do at this level with Cardiff last season with a decent goals return- and this move provide him with great platform to take his game on to the next level.”
Defender Rio Ferdinand has also joined the Loftus Road club this summer on a free transfer.
