Job Description

Your challenge is to build, protect and promote the Philips Brand in the digital field in West Africa. You will drive the delivery of internal and external online communications.  You will be responsible for supporting the development digital capability and expertise across the business, including cross-sector planning, development and execution. You will also be responsible for executing on all corporate digital properties and assets in Southern Africa, including building the Philips websites.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
Digital Integration Manager is the central point of contact between global and local stakeholders on digital initiatives.
The Digital Integration Manager has responsibility for leading the digital cross-discipline coordination and implementation for all counties in Southern Africa.
Build online competence and awareness in order to expand our online marketing expertise and community engagement, in both B2C and B2B (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter and other locally relevant online social networking / engagement platforms)
Connect globally driven online marketing initiatives with local activities and market preferences. Act “Glocal” (global-local). The aim is an experience designed around the local user.
Lead a local network of marketing professionals in an effective Local DLT (digital leadership team) who develop and execute local digital integrated campaigns and assets.
Plan and activate local online master brand communications and campaigns
Supports the development and execution of digital strategy, by translating global corporate/sector strategy into a competitive local organizational blueprint and action plan.
Implement, interpret and analyze critical online KPIs (NPS, UGCR, WSR, Traffic) and take action in order to meet country/cluster targets for performance improvement.
Look for efficiencies across core Digital Marketing capabilities, including social media, SEO and advertising, ensuring high levels of ROI
Deliver an excellent brand experience by improving the quality level of the local integrated online presence and ensure a consistent approach to country websites, campaigns, online sales and external online activities.

Education & practical experience
Bachelor degree in
5-7 years’ work experience in an international digital marketing environment
High energy, creative and committed to building key relationships to positively influence business results
Proven success in managing agency partnerships, as well as successfully managing internal and external stakeholders; mobilizing a diverse virtual team
