Here’s a Simple 3 Step Solution to Healthy Gums/Teeth
Step #1 Special Gum Health Mixture
Combine 3 Tbsp of Baking Soda with 1 Tbsp Himalayan Salt (or other Mineral Salt), fine grind in a small jar with a lid. Shake until blended. Keep this in the bathroom to use daily. Then just add a couple drops of Hydrogen Peroxide 3% to form a paste. (Do not use this if you have metal fillings – you can use colloidal silver in place of the peroxide)
Using a very soft brush, angle at a 45 degree angle to get to the place where the tooth meets the gum. Gently push the brush into this space with these healing ingredients and then using a wiggling/vibrating motion, repeat until you have it all covered. Don’t use big circles or rotations when brushing. Spit between the process as necessary. Start with this just once daily for the first couple days, then add a second application daily. You should notice a great improvement to the health of your gums in as little as a couple of days, depending on the current condition. After two week, you should have bright pink-white gums with no swelling.
Step # 2 Next you will want to “exercise” the gums to get good blood flow and improved circulation. The second step requires a Butler Rubber Tip Gum Stimulator.
