Uduaghan

Delta State governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, has been lauded for his development strides in the state by a pressure group in Warri South Local Government Area, PDP Faithful of Okere-Urhobo, particularly the ongoing dualisation of Okumagba Avenue in Warri.

Arising from an emergency meeting in Warri, the group commended Governor Uduaghan’s determination to improve secondary healthcare and education across the state, especially in Warri, the commercial nerve centre of Delta State.

In a statement issued at the end of the meeting, the group wished Dr. Uduaghan, members of his family and all Deltans a peaceful Yuletide celebration as well as a prosperous 2014.

The statement which was signed by the group’s chairman, Comrade Femi Okumagba, secretary, who is a member of Warri South Local Government Transition Committee, Mr. Alex Eda, as well as its Public Relations Officer, PRO, Mr. Emmanuel Eminokanju, also appealed to Governor Uduaghan to prevail on the relevant ministry to address the deplorable state of internal roads at Otor-Orere to complement the ongoing dualisation of Okumagba Avenue to Deco Road being constructed by the state government.
