Ese Walter: Evidence Of Affair With COZA Pastor Entrusted With ‘Respected Minister Of The Gospel’

1187147_593558947349509_1979501458_nEse Walter, remember her? Incase you have forgotten about her as quickly as she started making headlines, then read about her here but if you have not, the former member of Pastoral Care Unit (PCU) of one of Abuja’s most popular and prestigious Churches – Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), has revealed that evidence of her immoral affair with the senior pastor of COZA, Biodun Fatoyinbo, has been given to a respected ‘minister of the gospel’.

In her latest blog post yesterday, Miss Walters apologized to everyone who has been affected by her revelations and vowed never to talk about the issue again until she is probably invited by the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) or Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN).

Here’s what she wrote:

About six months ago, I was watching a lot of Apple ads on YouTube and heard something that has never left me. You should watch the YouTube video, it’s truly inspiring. Here’s what I heard:

“Here’s to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in square holes, the ones who see things differently, they are not fond of rules and have no respect for the status quo.

“You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them but the only
thing you can’t do, is ignore them because they change things.

“They push the human race forward and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius because the people, who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”

The past week has ‘killed’ me. It has stripped me of whatever ‘self-importance’ I nursed in the corners of my mind. It has broken me and opened me up to my real self. It has brought me to a deeper level of self-awareness, one I am most grateful for.

When I sat with my MacBook to type my last blog, I never imagined it would generate the kind of attention it did and continues to. I have one last thing to say on this issue before I lay it to rest and move on. (I also hope others can move on too, we have too much going on in this Country to continue to peddle one for longer than necessary.)

A very big thank you to everyone that has felt it necessary to talk about this issue and spread it throughout Nigeria and the foreign scene. I read every email sent to me with awe that people would take the time out to reach a total stranger like me. Some were cursing, calling me a witch from the pit of hell sent to destroy the church as though one individual/church is bigger than the body of Christ. As though God is mere man and would cringe in heaven saying, “Ese don did it this time.” Or as if the good Book didn’t state clearly that ALL things work out for good for those that love God.

Do you love God? If yes, trust that it will ALL turn around for good.

Some people say, ‘I support you, you are brave and courageous’ and I wonder if those terms really define me. I do not think I am brave or courageous. I do know, however that after decades of sleepwalking through life, I am now becoming aware not just of myself but also of my environment, my world, and the universe.

Some say, put out the evidence and we will believe you. Hmmm, the morning I sat to write that post, I really didn’t expect anyone to believe me. Well, apart from those involved. And my motive was simple, let one more woman be spared. Let one more minister of the gospel be mindful and let the church rise up to its responsibilities as God’s legal representatives here in the earth realm.

A copy of the ‘evidence’ is with a respected minister of the gospel should the christian body decide to deal with this issue now and that becomes needful. I am not looking to have a ‘me against them’ case where I need to prove I’m right and someone is wrong. I am far from right, but I have used the only means available to me to free myself of the bondage I put myself in.

Lastly, to all the media people seeking interviews and whatever else mailing me, I have nothing more to say on this issue. I cannot reply every email as reading them is beginning to seem like a new job.

I remember asking a friend once while reading the book of Acts, “Why do we no longer operate in the power the disciples did in Jesus day?” What has changed? How do we ‘unchange’ it?

God is not mocked, if we serve Him, let’s serve Him. We cannot continue to grow as a Nation by oppressing, delaying justice, hating, having the ME ME ME mentality. As Martin Luther King Jr said, ‘no one is free until we are all free.’

Things have got to change and it begins with us. It begins with each and every one of us borrowing courage to stand for what we believe in. Fela Durotoye once said, ‘that thing that annoys you most in society is a sign that you carry its solution.’ (I’m paraphrasing)

Nothing has called out to me more than people, especially women, suffering in some way and hiding the pain. Whatever we cover doesn’t go away. It grows and it finds different outlets to rear its ugly head until we deal with it.

I am not perfect, I will never be, but I am enough to try what I feel might work. I don’t know what the entire bible says but I am learning and applying the little I find out daily. And I think everyone owes it to himself or herself to figure it out for themselves.

At the end of the day, we agree that ‘men of God’ are firstly men, right? This means it’s needless expecting them to help you in your growth with God. I fell into that trap of thinking a ‘man of God’ is equated to God and it is not new to find people fall in that hole.

How do you begin to learn to serve a God you have never seen? It takes another level of faith to do that but we live in a generation/Country where people don’t want to study for themselves. They don’t want to read the Scriptures. Well, they don’t want to read, period. They want to pursue things instead and have somebody do the praying and studying for them. If you fall in that category, you need to repent.

I learnt that when the veil was torn, we all were given equal access to the Father. No matter how long you may have been in church, if you don’t know what that means you better ask somebody. And seek a real relationship with the God you claim to serve.

That is what I am spending most of my time doing these days. Praying, studying, seeking, knocking. The peace I have felt despite all the hate mails and tantrums shows that God is not angry with me and I did what I needed to do to the best of my understanding.

My apologies to everyone this has affected in one way or another.

Firstly, my family: I don’t know how you guys aren’t sick of me yet

Secondly, ‘the body of Christ,’ my intention was never to cause trouble but to stop a rot I felt might spread and become worse if nobody spoke up about it.

Lastly, to those who said I shouldn’t blog again, I respect and understand your concerns but the truth is, writing is not just my gift, it is also my ‘curse’. I cannot ‘NOT’ write but I PROMISE, this is the last I will say on this issue except the christian body needs to see me.

God is building His church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. No sin is too big to wreck anyone’s faith. If it does, then it means it’s working out a greater good for you. You will definitely come out stronger and better in the end. Like my best friend says “in the end, it will be all right and if it ain’t alright, it’s not the end.”

“…forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.” Paul.

Cheers to the weekend people

This nauseating incidence is truly working out for your good, for coming to reckon that the veil has been thorn and we all with open eyes can now behold his glory…these are verses that the present churches/pastors would never major on ‘cos it take the business out of their greedy lucre. We have so many individual on d broad way that never can grow to the fullness expected, always sucking milk rather than cracking bones……. Hold on to your communicative endeavours/evangelistic vendetta cos we need a daring mind to bare all wolves in sheep clothing’s .Though the church is not the gateway to heaven-it’s an individual race but my problem is that the church has taking undue advantage of it’s place. Presently it is notting short of a social club but it is frail yet ‘cos the members are pest- ed upon in so many ways blindly and unthinking. The whole commission goes to the founders. Like the book of Fela ,we need to purge our mind out of all those ……………. We are church, the society is the unseen wall, our day to day interactions is our true worship to God .Thanks. Henry N.

In every generation God always have a remnant, the church Christ is not an individual, or a building. The true church of Christ is the body of Christ, and it cannot be destroyed by human argument, wisdom, errors and otherwise. As much I will never support sins by anybody, title notwithstanding, the true church of Christ cannot be ridiculed or bastardized by anyone. The true church of Jesus Christ is alive, the gates of hell cannot prevail against the true church of Jesus Christ…..He said “I will build my church” God has His remnant and generalizing this matter and calling the body of Christ names is not of God.

Well said Ese. For ĦΩ̴w̶̲̅ long do we continue singing dis chorus of “touch not my annointed”? Thanks for standing up for d young ladies, thanks for speaking out. The rate at which our young ladies worship pastors is alarming. Dear ladies, why do we prefer to be counselled by our pastors instead of their wives? Now members of coza ur pastor says he is preparing a robusr reply and we r stil waiting. This is a case of a filthy rich man seducin girls in d name of God. It started a long tym ago and dis could be God’s own way of exposing him

I dnt hv problem abt ur confession may be cos u wnt ur conscience 2 b cleanse bt I hv a problem wt going public wt dis issue cos Jesus prescribed ways dat Christians shud handle offences against demselves. He sed approach d elders of d Church. I dis case, u wud hv approach d man he is submitting 2 in d Lord or CAN/PFN chairman 2 make ur confession n he prays 4 u. D remaining issue is left 4 him 2 handle. Is nt ur bizness if d man of God repent or nt. U make ur way right wt God n it end der. Jesus knws dat such men exist dats y He sed many will kom in His name dat d did dis n dat in His name n He shall call dem workers of iniquity. Pls christians shud follow biblical pattern of settling issues. Jst hop dat by nw u undastnd wat u hv done n probably repent of it. Tank God u knw He is man b4 a man of God. Pls let’s pray 4 dem. D need our prayers. D r nt giants in demselves bt Christ in dem made dem giants b4 d devil n d world. Tank u.

“Oke Wasn’t Killed By Stray Bullet, He Was Stabbed By Thugs” - Brother Claims
Oke

Oke

Information Nigeria recalls a graphics designer identified as Oke, was killed hours after tweeting “Nigeria will not kill me” on Wednesday.

It was reported that the young man had passed away after he was hit by a stray bullet.

The deceased’s younger brother, Daniel has come out to clear the air regarding the circumstances leading to his death.

Daniel revealed his brother was stabbed on the neck by thugs who infiltrated and ransacked their home.

In his words;

Good day, My name is Obi-Enadhuze Daniel younger brother of the now deceased Okechukwu Obi-Enadhuze @O_Okee . I, my brother and mother lived at makinde police barracks, mafoluku, Oshodi, Lagos State.

Today at about 11 o’clock in the morning the police station at makinde was attacked by thugs who wanted to destroy the station, I my mom and brother were holed up in our house.

The attack went on for hours before the thugs eventually breached the police and proceeded to set the station on fire, after accomplishing this they set their sights to the barracks and began the assault, they proceeded to destroy every car in the barracks, my mom’s 2 cars where destroyed and set on fire and then they infiltrated our house by breaking the door they then proceeded to ransack the house and carted away with everything we own.

my brother on trying to get them to take everything but spare us was pushed to my mom’s room and stabbed on the neck, the attacker then proceeded to attack me but missed my neck but got my chin instead, after this my mom and I carried my brothers body to the entrance of the station soliciting for help from the thugs still ravaging the barracks, we were finally able to put him in a wheelbarrow and took him to a hospital where he was rejected because “he was already dead” unfazed we moved him to another hospital where he met the same treatment this was where he bled his last drops of blood and died, his body has now been moved to a morgue

we have lost every single thing we own, as our house was completely ransacked and set on fire the only thing left is my brothers phone and at about 8 o’clock this evening the barracks was still on fire but Okechukwu has paid with the ultimate price

I and my mother are homeless with nothing now but we’re safe for now, we thank everyone that has been able to reach out to us, and were able to share consoling words with us in these trying times, God bless you

While we were holed up in the house the three of us said these words together and we say it again ” THREE OF US ARE HERE, THREE OF US ARE TOGETHER, THREE OF US ARE SAFE”

Let it be known that my brother @O_Okee  was NOT killed by a police bullet but died a hero protecting my mother and I.

If you see this please retweet, let the world know how Okechukwu died. He was NOT killed by a police bullet but thugs in his home!”

This was after the Governor said that no nobody was killed during the shooting by soldiers at Lekki Toll Gate on Tuesday night.

Sanwo-Olu had debunked claims that the soldiers opened fire and killed some peaceful protesters.

Recall that men of the Nigerian Army reportedly opened fire on protesters following the declaration of 24 hours curfew by the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwolu.

Bullets fired by security operatives hit some persons and at least two persons have been confirmed killed by the police and many injured

Voices in viral footage blamed the shootings on soldiers.
