Van Persie Welcomes United’s Prospective Forwards.

Robin van Persie considers himself indifferent over the prospect of his title- winning side signing a world- class forward who would challenge him for his place. The Manchester United forward is rather enthusiastic, claiming another forward would strengthen the attack.
“The more quality players we bring the better. And even more fun. I trust his judgment. The manager knows what is good for the team,” Van Persie told The Sun on Sunday.
Sir Alex Ferguson has disclosed the Premier League champions will not be ruling out the chances of buying suitable forwards this summer, with Borussia Dortmund’s goal poacher Robert Lewandowski in the line-up, though Bayern Munich are the favourite to land the pole.
Another player among the list of a possible move to Old Trafford is Atletico Madrid’s striker Radamel Falcao.

Van Persie, who managed two assists from team- mate Ryan Giggs on his way to scoring a hat- trick in the match against Aston Villa, hopes he will be able to emulate the veteran Welshman’s longevity.
“Ryan is remarkable. I really hope that I will be able to play on until my 40s- preferably my 50s! I love the game that much; it’s my life and my passion.”
After the Dutchman’s first season under Sir Alex, he hopes the 71- year- old manager delays his retirement, saying: “I have only played under him for one year and it has been an incredible experience in so many ways.”
United’s 20th Premier League title is Van Persie’s first in eight years and he is determined to win more laurels.

When asked about his plans for the future, he added: “Quite simple, I now want to win as much as possible. Now I’ve won one big prize I’m even more eager to win more, even more eager to win it all.
“Next season I have the Premier League, FA Cup, Champions League, Capital One Cup, Community Shield and of course the World Cup to focus on.”
