Man Allegedly Steals Toy Car At Gunpoint

Police believe Efrain Burgos-Delgado, 35, approached a 16-year-old boy in Kissimmee, Fla., Saturday evening, held up a gun and took his remote control car, according to a news release from the Osceoloa County Sheriff’s Office. The teen told cops that the suspect took off, came back, stole his cell phone and then fled again.

Burgos-Delgado allegedly told authorities that he had sold the car to buy drugs. The phone, which police say was in Burgos-Delgado’s possession, was returned to its owner.

Burgos-Delgado has been charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, grand theft, dealing in stolen property, petty theft and resisting without violence.
