European Champions League Semi Final Draw: Bayern vs. Barca, Real plays Dortmund.

After the quarter finals, with only two countries left, there were speculations of an all Spanish or German Final. Such notion is still very much alive after Friday’s semifinal draw.
Bayern Munich, a team that lost last year final to an ambitious Chelsea team will be facing the Spanish League Leaders, Barcelona. Bayern have already won the Bundesliga, they will have to deal with a task of acing Barcelona if they should make it to Wembley next month.
In the other draw, winners of last season Budensliga title, Dortmund will play against last season’s La Liga Champions, Real Madrid in a match that’s likely to blow the minds of football fans around the world.
The match between Dortmund and Real Madrid will be a replay of the group stages when Dortmund thrashed Madrid 2- 1 in Germany then went on to Madrid to draw 2- 2.
Last season, Madrid got out of the Champions League at the expense of another German opponent, Bayern, on penalties in the semis. This season, Jose Mourinho’s team will surely be wary of a repeat of last year’s ordeal.
Bayern Munich secured the service of Pepp Guardiola months ago, and the former Barcelona coach is to take over at the Alianz Arena next season. Jupp Heynckes, the man he is to replace will have enough reasons to reach the final and end the tournament flying high.
However, if they are to reach their third final in four years, Bayern will have to do so without the services of leading scorer Mario Mandzukic, who is suspended for the first leg.
As for Barcelona, if they are to reach the final in as many years, they will need the services of the World Footballer of the Year, Lionel Messi who came on in the quarter final second leg match against PSG, to change the mentality of the
