The FG must have look at these models belonging to South Africa’s 3 “First Ladies” in their decision. Notice the BMW jeep?

Information has it that the ongoing African First Ladies Summit may be costing Nigeria government the host nation billions of naira as the Federal Government began delivery of 200 exotics cars. The cars are for use during the 7th African First Ladies for Peace Mission (AFLPM) summit scheduled for 24 to 27 July in Abuja. Already, African first ladies have begun arriving in the country since weekend for the four-day event.

First Lady Patience Jonathan is the convener of the event, with the theme “The African Woman: A Voice for Peace,” which is expected to be attended by spouses of African leaders.

According to sources, the cars comprise 80 units of BMW X3 and X5 series with a market value of N13.5 million each, while the remaining 120 are exotic models of Honda, Jaguar and others.

It has been gathered that the vehicles were supplied by Coscharis Motors, and 180 units had already been delivered to the Presidential Villa in Abuja as at Saturday. The transaction for the 200 cars was alleged to have been processed by the office of the Minister of State for Finance. However, attempts to seek explanation from the office were not successful as a spokesman declined comment while the minister of state, Dr. Yerima Ngama, did not answer calls to his phone on Monday.

Goodmorning. This is wickedness from our leaders. How will they purchase cars worth 13.5 million each in T̶̲̥̅̊ђέ name of entertaining guest? Millions of Nigerians are suffering. It is said that most Nigerins are living below 1 dollar yet this people we call our leaders went ahead to spend that kind money purchasing cars for guest. Can you imagine what they are using our money for, the First Lady(Mrs Goodluck) just wasted that resources that they would have used to do something else. We are talking about a country with massive poverty here, unemployment and insecurity. Hosting this meeting in Nigeria was uncalled for. She shouldn’t think that Our (Nigeria) money is for her husband, so she can use it as she likes.

This is just the beginning. Never expect anything good in this administration. This is the result of our insincerity and sentiment. It was cleared that Jonathan is grossly corrupt and insincere but you sentimentally voted him at the detriment of our economy. Is this transformation or retrogressive deformation? Is this fresh air or hot flaming hell? Hike fuel, hike in driver’s licence, hike in number plates, hike electricity, killing innocent citizens under the disguise of boko haram, gross corruption, disobedience of law, demolition, electoral malpractices, poor implementation of budget, first lady to permanent secretary, buying 200 cars at #13.5m each for first lady summit and many more on the way coming. All these aforementioned are Jonathan’s legacy for Nigeria to be remembered of. May God save Nigeria from the hands the political monsters.

By the way there is no such office as the the office of the first lady in the nigeria constitution, so why should FG release such funds from its treasury if not for a complete display of insensitivity and act of greed. After the summit, what then happen to these cars?? Certainly they aren’t taking it back to their countries. Then these polithieves end up sharing it or auctioning it to themselves. God is certainly watching them all in 3D. I swear

I am not surprised by d lavish spendings of our clueless president. he spent over a trillion naira of nigerias money on his election bid using the subsidy platform, that is why he doesn’t have d gut to prosecute the big fish of the subsidy scam; they would just expose him. Anybody who knows him should tell him not to waste his energy on a second term. he shuld get busy with how to keep the ones he and patience have stollen, because he will surely face d trribunal on his exit. I will rather vote for a muslim than vote a stealing christian. he should also pray for his wifes safe return from hospital, bcos d blood of d innocent and. d hungry will cry on his family. if revolution is d answeer, so be it.

“Oke Wasn’t Killed By Stray Bullet, He Was Stabbed By Thugs” - Brother Claims
Oke

Oke

Information Nigeria recalls a graphics designer identified as Oke, was killed hours after tweeting “Nigeria will not kill me” on Wednesday.

It was reported that the young man had passed away after he was hit by a stray bullet.

The deceased’s younger brother, Daniel has come out to clear the air regarding the circumstances leading to his death.

Daniel revealed his brother was stabbed on the neck by thugs who infiltrated and ransacked their home.

In his words;

Good day, My name is Obi-Enadhuze Daniel younger brother of the now deceased Okechukwu Obi-Enadhuze @O_Okee . I, my brother and mother lived at makinde police barracks, mafoluku, Oshodi, Lagos State.

Today at about 11 o’clock in the morning the police station at makinde was attacked by thugs who wanted to destroy the station, I my mom and brother were holed up in our house.

The attack went on for hours before the thugs eventually breached the police and proceeded to set the station on fire, after accomplishing this they set their sights to the barracks and began the assault, they proceeded to destroy every car in the barracks, my mom’s 2 cars where destroyed and set on fire and then they infiltrated our house by breaking the door they then proceeded to ransack the house and carted away with everything we own.

my brother on trying to get them to take everything but spare us was pushed to my mom’s room and stabbed on the neck, the attacker then proceeded to attack me but missed my neck but got my chin instead, after this my mom and I carried my brothers body to the entrance of the station soliciting for help from the thugs still ravaging the barracks, we were finally able to put him in a wheelbarrow and took him to a hospital where he was rejected because “he was already dead” unfazed we moved him to another hospital where he met the same treatment this was where he bled his last drops of blood and died, his body has now been moved to a morgue

we have lost every single thing we own, as our house was completely ransacked and set on fire the only thing left is my brothers phone and at about 8 o’clock this evening the barracks was still on fire but Okechukwu has paid with the ultimate price

I and my mother are homeless with nothing now but we’re safe for now, we thank everyone that has been able to reach out to us, and were able to share consoling words with us in these trying times, God bless you

While we were holed up in the house the three of us said these words together and we say it again ” THREE OF US ARE HERE, THREE OF US ARE TOGETHER, THREE OF US ARE SAFE”

Let it be known that my brother @O_Okee  was NOT killed by a police bullet but died a hero protecting my mother and I.

If you see this please retweet, let the world know how Okechukwu died. He was NOT killed by a police bullet but thugs in his home!”
