Call for Applicants: African Art History Fellowship

The Omooba Yemisi Adedoyin Shyllon Art Foundation (OYASAF) a non-profit Nigerian arts organization welcomes applications for its 2012 Graduate Fellowship in Nigerian visual art history and culture.

With over 6000 modern and traditional artworks, OYASAF is widely acknowledged as Nigeria’s largest private art collection and offers a unique opportunity to study Nigerian art. The fellowship includes 25 days lodging in Lagos, a modest stipend, access to artists and the collection. Candidates must be enrolled as graduate students pursuing studies in Nigerian art and culture.
